Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Qualify leads and gather key information for the sales team.
Maintain and update client information accurately in the CRM.
Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure smooth hand-offs.

Qualifications:
Experience in real estate, cold calling, or appointment setting is a strong plus.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
