Requisitos:

Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written, at least 85% proficiency).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in telemarketing, customer service, or sales by phone.

Skills:

Strong communication skills in both languages.
Ability to handle cold calls and prospecting.
Professional and persuasive phone manner.
Familiarity with CRM tools, call management systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under sales targets and handle objections effectively.
Positive attitude and focus on achieving results.

Key Responsabilities:
Make outbound calls to introduce and promote products/services.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Meet daily and weekly call and sales quotas.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience.
Manage prospect lists and prioritize leads effectively.

Compensation and benefits:
Probation Period (2 months): $550/month
After Probation: $650/month
